Supporting local talent is a core pillar of the company's identity.
As the company grows, MetalloBio remains dedicated to fostering local talent to prove that world-class science starts with grassroots support.
“It was a privilege to host such a driven individual and offer an authentic look at the logistics, challenges, and rewards of life in an early-stage biotech spinout. I hope this experience has sparked a passion for innovation and inspired them to pursue a career in the spinout sector” says Dr Richard Senior, Chief Operating Officer at MetalloBio.
“Welcoming a work experience student brought a lot of value to our team. Having a fresh, external perspective review of our website and social channels gave us some really interesting insights and plenty of food for thought. At the same time, I really enjoyed giving them an insight into what it’s like to work inside a fast-paced spinout.” says Alina Mironova, Communications Manager at MetalloBio.
